The products
Design a Lot sells digital products: fonts, mockups, graphics and design templates, plus custom monogram files generated with the Monogram Maker.
Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing ships in a box.
Licenses
Every product comes with a license that says what you can and cannot do with it. The license for each product is linked on its page and included with your download. In short: you buy the right to use the files, not ownership of the underlying designs. Fonts follow the license tier you purchase (Desktop, Web, or App). Monogram purchases include a commercial license delivered with the files.
Free downloads
Free files on this site (including free monogram PNGs) are for personal use unless their page says otherwise. They may not be resold or redistributed.
Payments
Purchases on this site are processed by our payment partners. Monogram Maker purchases are sold by Paddle.com, who act as Merchant of Record: Paddle handles the payment, applicable taxes, and your receipt. Prices shown include tax where the price says so.
Refunds
See the Refund policy page. Monogram Maker purchases are sold by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and refunded in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy. For everything else, write to office@designalot.net within 14 days and we will put it right.
Your account and conduct
Do not use this site to do anything illegal, to scrape or bulk-download content, or to attempt to break its security. We may refuse service where these terms are abused.
Liability
The site and products are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Design a Lot is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the store evolves. The date above reflects the latest version.
