Monogram Maker purchases
Monogram Maker purchases are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, with Stripe acting as Merchant of Record. Your receipt comes from Stripe, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.
To request a refund, use the link in your receipt, manage the order through link.com, or write to office@designalot.net and we will handle it for you.
All other purchases
For products bought directly from the Design a Lot store, write to office@designalot.net within 14 days of your purchase and we will put it right. That can mean a replacement, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection law.
