Monogram Maker purchases
Monogram Maker purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.
To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or write to office@designalot.net and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
All other purchases
For products bought directly from the Design a Lot store, write to office@designalot.net within 14 days of your purchase and we will put it right. That can mean a replacement, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection law.
